Shipping and payment

DELIVERY IN UKRAINE

Delivery is carried out by "Nova Poshta" — to a branch or by courier to the specified address.

• after the order is dispatched, the buyer receives a tracking number for the parcel;
• the parcel is stored at the branch for up to 7 calendar days, after which it is automatically returned to the sender if not collected;
• delivery cost is calculated according to the carrier's tariffs and paid by the buyer, unless otherwise specified in the order conditions.

FREE DELIVERY

For orders over UAH 4000, delivery in Ukraine is free.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International delivery is carried out by "Nova Poshta".

• estimated delivery time — 5–14 business days, depending on the destination country;
• international shipments may be subject to customs clearance in accordance with the legislation of the receiving country;
• all possible customs duties and additional payments are paid by the buyer;
• delivery is worldwide, except for russia and RB.

PAYMENT

Payment for the order is made online on the website using the WayForPay payment system.

• payment is available with bank cards that support online payments.

IMPORTANT

In case of non-receipt of the parcel or refusal of the order after its dispatch, delivery fees are not refundable.
