Exchanges and returns

Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase or receipt of the order in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation.

Exchanges and returns of clothing of proper quality are carried out provided the following requirements are met:

• availability of a fiscal (sales) receipt;

• all tags and labels are preserved;

• the item has not been used, including for photo or video shoots, and retains its original commercial appearance;

• the clothing has not been washed;

• there are no stains, traces of cosmetics, animal hair, perfume smells, or other external signs of use.

If the specified conditions are not met, the item is not subject to exchange or return and will be sent back to the buyer at their expense.

PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To arrange a return or exchange, you need to:

• ensure that the product meets the return conditions;

• place the completed exchange/return form in the original packaging;

• in case of returning an item purchased under the 1+1=3 promotion, you must also return the gift provided within the promotion;

• send the item for exchange or return to the address specified in the waybill, or use the free "Easy Return" service from Nova Poshta;

• item exchange is carried out within 3 business days from the date of receipt and verification of the returned item, provided the corresponding item is in stock.
  
  

REFUND

• after receiving the item and verifying its compliance with the return conditions, funds are refunded within 3 banking days;

• refunds are made to the bank account specified in the return application;

• the crediting period of funds to the bank card may depend on the issuing bank.

Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Also, customs duties and taxes paid upon receipt of the item are not refundable.
