Exchanges and returns

We want every purchase at NUDA to be comfortable and enjoyable. If an item is not suitable, customers have the right to return it within 14 days after receiving the order without providing a reason.

Returns are accepted only if the product:

• has not been worn;
• has not been washed;
• has all original tags attached;
• is in its original condition, without signs of wear or damage.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
